The Kwara Central as a district with symbol of unity to the state requires a unifying element as representative, a grateful and respected element at that, knowledge is golden, ability is an attribute, wisdom is given to the few while unifier is a leadership factor. So, isn't it time to have a (KAWU) who is the Tafida Geri of Ilorin?
Abubakar Kawu Baraje, CON, a man that conveys a highly charged personality that attracts powerful ideas. He's highly respected across board, gentle, intuitive, cooperative. A gifted teacher and a leader who always elaborates on the truth. Kawu's contribution to the uplifting and development of the Ilorin Emirate is far to reach, I'd assume that he might not be aware of his powerful presence to others, reason why he once said during the graduation ceremony of students from his tuition-free modern islamic school that; he wish to have the strength and capacity to be highly impactful in people's lives.
The Tafida Ngeri of Ilorin is one who lives a stable and well-organized life. A bridge builder and systematic organizer. Freedom and structure is more important to Tafida than keeping a profile. Projecting Kawu Baraje will surely make you to conclude that he's someone who is, independent, and respectable. He is a blessing to his family, the Ilorin Emirate, Kwara and the entire Peoples Democratic Party as an intellectual and aristocrat analytical with keen observation who is investing his personal resources and influences to better the lives of the young generation and yet unborn. It's interesting to know that this astute politician has hundreds of juicy federal employment beneficiaries and thousands of Kwarans he has personally empowered through his Abubakar Kawu Baraje Foundation's skill acquisition schemes, scholarships, financial support schemes, apart from several borehole and classroom projects across communities in Kwara Central Senatorial District. It's still fresh in our memory, about two decades ago, how the Tafida of Ilorin illuminated the 360 degree of his Baboko Ward with the first set of LED solar streetlights in Ilorin.
My beloved Kwara Central Senatorial District constituents, there is no doubt that Tafida will in no small way do us proud because he's a natural problem solver who don’t mind going against power that be if circumstances warrant it, he has the network, the power of concentration and good memories which will be beneficial to all. Let's me rest for now!
